Web4Christ
is an on-line organization of Christians serving Christ
on the internet.
Membership is absolutely free and we won't try to sell
you anything.
- Who Can
Join?:
- Membership is open anyone who
brings Christ to the internet via web pages, web
sites or e-mail so long as the message is
compliant with scripture as a whole (the Bible)
and upholds Jesus as Christ as the risen Savior
and Lord.
- Membership
Types:
- E-Mail: For those
who maintain a formal or informal mailing list
(even a small one) and regularly send
inspirational material to their lists.

- Web Page(s): For
those with one or more web pages, but not an
organized web site. The pages must be obviously
Christian and offer inspirational writings,
poetry or other materials.

- Web Sites: For
those who have organized web sites with a focus
on Christ. As above, they must feature Christian
materials, links, etc.

- Commercial: For
owners of Christian commercial web sites offering
a product or service in an openly Christian
environment. Does not include those who are in
the business of sending e-mail ads or whose site
is pre-built by an affiliate manager.

- Charter: You may
become a Charter Member in any of the above
categories. Charter Members must be accepted
prior to January 1, 2001.

- Charter Board: You
may apply to become a Charter Board Member in any
of the above categories. Charter Board Members
must be appointed prior to January 1, 2001, and
will be selected on the basis of the following:
- Past history of serving Christ
on the internet or in other media
- Willingness to make a minimum
one-year commitment
- Ability to provide wise,
Bible-based counsel, including e-mail
- Willingness to submit
materials, ideas, advice, etc.
- Commitment to daily prayer for
this ministry and the internet
- Other
Membership Requirements & Benefits:
- Application & Site
Check: Until we get our on-line form
ready, application is by e-mail using the link
below. We will review your information and your
web pages or site before sending membership
materials. E-mail members are asked to forward us
a sample of the type of material they send to
their mailing lists.

- Link Review: In
addition to checking your site, we will check
your primary (direct) links. Sites with
links to anything unwholesome or inappropriate
will not qualify.
- Review for Awards:
All member sites will be reviewed monthly and a
variety of awards will be given as appropriate.
One page and one site will be featured each
month.
- Site/Page Promotion:
Member pages and sites will be featured in
varying areas of this site as well as in our
topical directory.

- Monthly Newsletter:
Members will receive a monthly newsletter as well
as occasional announcements. Members are invited
to submit brief articles or other material for
the newsletter.
- Link & Logo:
Members are required to display a Web4Christ logo
and link on their sites or page. E-mail members
are requested to place a link and notice of
membership in their"signature." The
membership graphic will be provided once you are
approved.
- Review for Awards:
All member sites will be reviewed monthly and a
variety of awards will be given as appropriate.
One page and one site will be featured each
month.
- Free Christian Graphics:
A special collection of free Christian graphics
for members only will be provided through our
Art4Christ division. No link back required.

- Free Professional Web Page
or Site Review: Members will receive a
free review and helpful tops of web design
through our Host4Christ division. No link back
required.

Apply:

e-mail application. Please include the following
information:
- Name and name of ministry if
applicable
- Type of membership you are
applying for (e-mail, Commercial, Board,
etc.) All members joining now will be Charter
Members.
- Address of your web page(s) or
site
- If your pages have a special
focus or theme, list it
- If applying for Board
membership, please include your telephone
number and a brief statement addressing Board
requirements listed above under that heading.
